By accessing or using Restfyl, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Restfyl provides cloud-based funeral home management software, including case management, contract generation, payment tracking, and family communication tools.
3. Account Registration
To use Restfyl, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you input into Restfyl. We do not claim ownership of your case records, contracts, or other business data. You may export your data at any time.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.
- Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time
- Refunds: Pro-rated refunds for annual plans cancelled within 30 days
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restfyl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Restfyl from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
